Where T100 Vancouver starts and finishes
T100 Vancouver starts at Jericho Sailing Centre, 1300 Discovery St, Vancouver, BC V6R 4L9 (swim start/finish at adjacent Locarno Beach) and finishes at Locarno Beach, English Bay. We haven't been able to place those on a map accurately enough to show one — a pin in the wrong place is worse than no pin.
These are the start and finish points, not the route. Verus doesn't hold course files for this race, and drawing a line between two pins would be a guess you might end up training on.

Race Day Info & Checklist
On the day
- Race pack (2026): a wristband, bib, a sticker sheet (helmet, seatpost and bag tags), a swim cap, race-number tattoos for both arms, and — for the 100km only — three transition bags (Swim-to-Bike black, Bike-to-Run red, After-Race white). The timing chip is issued separately at bike check-in and worn on the left ankle; a lost or unreturned chip cost US$75 in 2026.
- On-course nutrition (2026): Maurten Drink Mix and Energy Gels at bike aid stations — but only for the 100km, at roughly every 17-18km; Olympic and Sprint riders carry their own nutrition. Run aid stations (denser: 4-5 per lap depending on distance) added water, cola, food and ice to the same Maurten products.
- Non-drafting bike leg: a 12m draft zone with 25 seconds allowed to complete a pass. 2026 penalties: 100km 2 minutes for each of a first and second offence before disqualification on a third; Olympic 1 minute before disqualification on a second; Sprint 30 seconds before disqualification on a second.
- No dedicated parking at the venue in 2026 — a free shuttle ran between UBC's North Parkade and Jericho Sailing Centre, with a separate rideshare/taxi drop-off point at NW Marine Drive & West 2nd Ave, about a 15-minute walk in.
- The 100km distance doubles as a qualifier for the Qatar T100 Age-Group World Championships (top 10 per age group and gender in 2026) and, separately, for Team Canada selection to the 2027 World Triathlon Multisport Championships in Edmonton (2 spots per age group).
- FinisherPix provided free race photos in 2026, and an optional engraved "iTAB" plate could be added to your finisher medal.
Checklist
- Wetsuit, goggles and swim cap for the English Bay swim
- Bike, helmet (mandatory) and bike shoes, racked at Jericho Sailing Centre per the race-morning schedule
- Run shoes and nutrition — bring your own bike nutrition unless racing the 100km
- A transition bag or mat to keep T1/T2 kit organized
- A plan to reach the venue via the UBC shuttle or the NW Marine Drive rideshare point, since there is no dedicated venue parking
- A meeting point agreed with family/friends near Jericho Sailing Centre for afterwards

The bike course closes NW Marine Drive and the UBC peninsula loop for the duration of the race.
Spectator guide
Jericho Sailing Centre covers the swim start/exit, transition and the finish; the seawall toward Spanish Banks is the place to watch the run.
